How does the Imani Membership work?
Choose the membership that fits your routine. You are billed automatically each cycle, every five weeks for Member 01 (Lash), Member 02 (Brow), and Member 04 (Brow Lift), or every six weeks for Member 03 (Lash & Brow), and each cycle covers one visit at your member rate. Book online as usual and your membership is applied at checkout. One membership per client. Every membership includes the Imani Imani Guarantee, priority booking, $25 refresh tints between visits, 10 percent off products, and a $15 referral credit.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
You can pause anytime, and cancel after three billing cycles. Text the studio at (917) 909-4094 and we will take care of it.
What happens to unused treatments?
Unused treatments roll over and stay valid for as long as your membership is active, and for 3 months after you cancel.
What is the booking and cancellation policy?
Members book online like everyone else, with their member rate applied. We keep a 24 hour cancellation and reschedule policy: appointments canceled, moved, or missed with less than 24 hours notice count as used. To make a change, text us at (917) 909-4094.
Are membership fees fixed?
Yes. Your rate stays the same for as long as your membership is active.
How often can I get treatments?
Each billing cycle is a prepayment for your upcoming appointment. We recommend a Keratin Lash Lift every 6 to 7 weeks, a Brow Lift every 4 to 6 weeks, and a Brow Shape every 4 to 5 weeks, depending on your brow growth. Between visits, members can add a refresh tint for $25.
