Membership and changes

• You can pause your membership anytime, and cancel after three billing cycles.
• One membership per client.

Billing

• Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring cycle that begins on your start date: every five weeks for Member 01 (Lash), Member 02 (Brow), and Member 04 (Brow Lift), and every six weeks for Member 03 (Lash & Brow).
• Each billing cycle is a prepayment for your upcoming appointment.
• Your rate stays the same for as long as your membership is active.

Unused treatments

• Unused treatments roll over and stay valid for as long as your membership is active.

After you cancel

• Any unused treatments stay valid for 3 months after you cancel.

Treatment gifting

• Members may gift one unused treatment per year to a friend or family member. The recipient follows our new client process.

Booking and cancellation

• By booking an appointment, members agree to our 24 hour cancellation and reschedule policy.
• Appointments canceled, moved, or missed with less than 24 hours notice count as used. Arriving 15 minutes late or more counts as a missed appointment.
• This applies to every booked treatment, including those that are part of your membership.

Treatment frequency

• We recommend a Keratin Lash Lift every 6 to 7 weeks, a Brow Lift every 4 to 6 weeks, and a Brow Shape every 4 to 5 weeks, depending on your brow growth.
• Between visits, members can add a refresh tint for $25. Booking is subject to availability and should be scheduled in advance.

The Imani Imani Guarantee

• If you are unsatisfied with a treatment within a week, we bring you back in and fix it, no questions asked.

Liability waiver

• Members agree to release Imani Imani Studio and its staff from any claims related to injuries or damages that may arise from treatments received.

Privacy and personal information

• Imani Imani Studio respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Member data will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

Changes to these terms

• Imani Imani Studio may update these terms from time to time. Members will be notified of any changes in advance.

Termination

• Imani Imani Studio may end a membership at any time for not following these terms.
